You’ll have a short phone call, typically within 24 business hours (about 15 minutes) with your consultant to talk about what you’re looking for, when you’d like it done, and your investment range. This step gives you clarity on what’s possible and helps us recommend the best next step.

Your consultant meets you at your property for 30–60 minutes to walk the space, listen to your vision, and talk through ideas. You’ll share inspiration photos, and we’ll give you an honest budget range so you know right away if the project fits your goals.

For larger or more complex projects, design is the key to success. We’ll create a conceptual plan, usually within two to three weeks, and review it with you. You’ll have the chance to provide feedback, and then we’ll work to create a full design plan, and tackle up to two rounds of revisions. If you’d like, we can create 3D renderings so you can see exactly how your new space will look.

For Maintenance & Irrigation work we’re usually able to provide your itemized proposal and agreement within 3-5 business days of your on-site consultation. Once your agreement is signed we will get you on the schedule for routine or one time work.

For Design Build projects, we build an itemized proposal that breaks down each element of your project and present it to you typically within 2 weeks of your design being finalized. You’ll see the total investment as well as the cost of each piece, making it simple to prioritize and phase if needed. When you’re comfortable, you’ll sign the agreement and place your deposit. Your payment installments will be clearly stated in your agreement.

After we receive your deposit, we reserve your spot on our schedule. For smaller projects, that may mean a few weeks, while larger projects may be scheduled out further depending on season and scope. During this time, we’re busy ordering materials, coordinating with trusted subcontractors, and preparing our crews so your project runs smoothly.

When construction begins, you’ll have a consistent point of contact who will stay in touch with you, providing weekly updates and on-site check-ins. You’ll always know where your project stands, what’s happening next, and when to expect completion.

For most projects, when the work is complete, your consultant meets you for a thorough walkthrough. We’ll answer your questions, show you how to use and care for your new outdoor features, and handle any final details. You’ll also receive a warranty on any new plantings (with approved irrigation and maintenance plan) and a one-year craftsmanship warranty on hardscapes (specifics are outlined in your agreement), so you can feel confident that your investment is protected.

Once your project is finished, we make it simple to keep your space looking its best. Our seasonal maintenance programs protect your investment and keep your property beautiful year after year. Many of our clients choose to start a maintenance program right away so their new landscape stays just as stunning as the day it was finished. After installation work is complete and when you sign up for a qualified maintenance plan you will get your first mowing service free.
