Landscape Account Manager

Full-Time  

The Landscape Account Manager is responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing client relationships with the Company’s maintenance clients. This role involves acting as the key point of contact for assigned clients, managing quality control, resolving issues, and driving client retention through proactive communication and relationship building. Identifies and upsells property enhancements. Collaborate with the production team to deliver excellent service and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:

Proactively communicate with clients, conduct site visits, and foster strong relationships.

· Managing Quality Control:

Ensure that the company's services meet client expectations and resolve any issues promptly.

· Client Retention:

Drive client loyalty by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns proactively.

· Collaboration:

Work closely with production managers and other internal teams to deliver successful projects and identify new business opportunities.

· Sales and Business Development:

Contribute to sales goals by identifying opportunities for new business and upselling to existing clients.

· Client Satisfaction:

Ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided and address any issues or concerns promptly.

· Mentoring:

Lead and mentor your team, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Project Management:

Oversee your projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

· Problem-Solving:

Identify and address client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

· Communication:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.

· Data Analysis:

Review client data, such as project information, feedback, and financial data, to identify trends and inform business decisions.
