For Maintenance & Irrigation work we’re usually able to provide your itemized proposal and agreement within 3-5 business days of your on-site consultation and even sooner for smaller properties. Once your agreement is signed we will get you on the schedule for routine or one time work.

For Design Build projects, we build an itemized proposal that breaks down each element of your project and present it to you typically within 2 weeks of your design being finalized. You’ll see the total investment as well as the cost of each piece, making it simple to prioritize and phase if needed. When you’re comfortable, you’ll sign the agreement and place your deposit. Your payment installments will be clearly stated in your agreement.

After we receive your deposit, we reserve your spot on our schedule. For smaller projects, that may mean a few weeks, while larger projects may be scheduled out further depending on season and scope. During this time, we’re busy ordering materials, coordinating with trusted subcontractors, and preparing our crews so your project runs smoothly.

When construction begins, you’ll have a consistent point of contact who will stay in touch with you, providing weekly updates and on-site check-ins. You’ll always know where your project stands, what’s happening next, and when to expect completion.

For most projects, when the work is complete, your consultant meets you for a thorough walkthrough. We’ll answer your questions, show you how to use and care for your new outdoor features, and handle any final details. You’ll also receive a warranty on any new plantings (with approved irrigation and maintenance plan) and a one-year craftsmanship warranty on hardscapes (specifics are outlined in your agreement), so you can feel confident that your investment is protected.

Once your project is finished, we make it simple to keep your enhanced property looking its best.
